We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer with a specialization in Rolling and Extrusion processes to join our manufacturing team in Sikar, Rajasthan. This is a full-time, long-term position for a highly professional individual.

• Oversee and optimize rolling and extrusion production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and project timelines.
• Monitor production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve process capabilities.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Train and mentor junior production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods related to rolling and extrusion operations.

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering role, with a strong focus on Rolling and Extrusion processes.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing rolling and extrusion machinery.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and systems.
