• We are looking for a highly disciplined and result-oriented Production Manager to manage end-to-end production operations of manufacturing centers across multiple districts.
• The role requires strong hands-on exposure in production management, quality control, workforce supervision, SOP implementation, and multi-location operations.
• This is a highly critical position requiring a strict, on-ground, no-nonsense individual who can ensure disciplined operations, consistent production output, and adherence to company standards.

• Production Planning & Monitoring
•  Plan and allocate production targets center-wise on a daily basis
• Ensure achievement of production quantity as per allotment
• Track daily production vs. target and ensure gap closure
• Monitor productivity levels of centers and commission agents
• Develop action plans to improve production output
• Maintain consistency in supply flow from raw material issue to finished 
• Coordination with Commission Agents
• Closely coordinate with approximately 450 commission agents
•  Ensure raw materials are issued timely through centers
• Monitor quantity commitment vs. actual receipt
• Maintain disciplined and professional working relationships
• Ensure quality standards are maintained by commission agent
