Responsibilities- Oversee daily assembly shop floor operations to ensure production targets are met with precision and adherence to timelines.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize output.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet organizational standards.
- Manage workflow processes to streamline assembly procedures and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare detailed production reports and analyze KPIs to track operational performance and suggest strategic improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations and operational policies within the facility.
- Educational background: Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant technical or engineering field.
- Professional experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Technical expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing assembly shop floor environments and complex production lines.
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and driving high-performance results.
