jects.Skills & Experience:
• 10 - 12 years’ overall experience with minimum 6 years of experience in technical program
management.
• Proven experience in managing IT software delivery of projects.
• Strong domain experience in Telecom and/or Banking.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project (MPP), and MS Office
Suite including PowerPoint.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholder
expectations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
