Project Cordinator - Order Processing
Location - Mumbai
Job Description:
- Review and verify client Purchase Orders (P.O.) against final sales team negotiations.
- Resolve client issues and initiate internal order releases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules including all administrative and on-site activities.
- Handle commercial terms such as generating invoices and ensuring timely advance payments.
- Organize and coordinate client inspections as required.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients for efficient order processing and execution.
- Oversee the preparation of project drawings based on site engineer reports with support from AutoCAD Draftsman and obtain necessary client approvals.
- Release approved drawings to the factory and coordinate for timely manufacturing and dispatch.
- Continuously monitor project timelines and implement necessary schedule adjustments.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including document control and database management.
- Manage dispatch logistics, ensuring timely delivery to client sites.
- Coordinate site readiness with clients and schedule installations accordingly.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure quality and timely installation.
