1. Project Leadership & Execution
 Lead complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover
 Drive timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks
 Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
2. Finishing Excellence (Core Focus)
 Ensure superior finishing standards across:
o Architectural works
o Interior detailing
o Façade and elevation
 Monitor workmanship, materials, and aesthetics to achieve high-quality output
 Conduct regular quality audits and snag resolution
3. Team Management & Leadership
 Lead multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, and finishing engineers
 Mentor and develop team members for high performance
 Ensure strong site discipline and productivity
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
 Liaise with architects, PMC, and contractors
 Negotiate and finalize contracts and execution strategies
 Ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
 Enforce QA/QC processes and safety standards Ensure adherence to statutory norms and institutional guidelines
 Implement best practices in construction and finishingKey Requirements:
 Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PG preferred)
 Experience: 15–20+ years in construction, with strong exposure to high-end
finishing projects
 Proven experience in institutional / research / commercial premium projects
 Strong leadership and team management capability
 Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality
benchmarks
 Exposure to reputed organizations or large-scale projects preferredKey Skills:
