Title : Project InchargeLocation : Kolkata Roles and Responsiblites : 1. Project Planning & Execution
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones aligned with brewery setup schedules.
- Monitor and track overall project progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
2. Vendor Coordination & Management.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical offers, quotations, and clarifications.
- Analyze and evaluate technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Follow up on dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
- Build strong relationships with vendors for optimal support and pricing.
3. Site Operations & Team Mobilization
- Organize and supervise weekly site visits (2-3 days minimum, with flexibility based on demand).
- Mobilize internal and external teams for installation, commissioning, and integration phases.
- Monitor site readiness and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
4. Technical & Commercial Evaluation
- Review and compare vendor offers from a techno-commercial standpoint.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to finalize technical-commercial selections.
- Provide recommendations for cost-effective and technically viable solutions.
5. Negotiations & Contract Finalization
- Lead negotiations with vendors and contractors for technical services and equipment.
- Secure competitive terms and agreements aligned with project budgets.
6. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including consultants and leadership.
- Prepare weekly reports on project status, risks, delays, and next steps.
7. Brewery-Specific Setup Expertise
- Apply previous experience in brewery greenfield projects to anticipate challenges and optimize execution.
- Ensure alignment of project specifications with brewery process requirements and standards.
