Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support multiple projects across departments, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
- Facilitate working sessions and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and clarify scope.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, process maps, and status reports.
- Identify and document current business processes; collaborate with teams to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
- Assist in the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes, supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts.
- Monitor progress of initiatives, flag risks or issues, and support mitigation planning in partnership with project leads.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and resources.
- Contribute to building standardized templates, tools, and best practices to enhance project execution.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or process improvement role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, etc.
- Exposure to formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Experience in change management, training, or internal communications is helpful.
