Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects focused on finance and finance operations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze existing finance and finance operations workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Use methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs for finance teams on new systems, processes, and best practices. Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Statement of Work (SOW) Creation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope and deliverables. Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and other project-related documentation. Ensure all project requirements and expectations are clearly documented and agreed upon.
