Responsibilities: • Lead technical, operational, and financial project tasks for successfully implementing airport baggage/cargo handling system. • Formulates project parameters and monitors progress, tracks key milestones, and reports on project status to stakeholders using various tools and methodologies. • Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to project team members. • Interacts with clients and interprets their needs and requirements. • Identify project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and work with the Project Team and other functions to develop mitigation strategies. • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices. • Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and reports on the project’s status. • Collaborate with internal disciplines such as engineering, procurement, QHSE, contract management, and other internal cross-functional teams to create more efficient project execution methods and enhance the project’s profitability. • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment of project objectives and priorities. • Interact with subcontractors to monitor and control their performance. • Implement frameworks to measure the project’s metrics and data collection. • Ensure the project complies with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
