● Ticketing / support trackers
● Basic understanding of cloud-based / API-driven platforms Preferred Qualifications
● MBA / Engineering / Business / Technology background preferred
● Experience working with global technology, consumer electronics, retail, or field sales programs
● PMP / Agile / Scrum certification preferred
● Prior experience in client-facing program management or vendor-managed delivery model preferred
