Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Define and execute sales targets, account plans, and revenue roadmaps to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- Complex Deal Execution: Lead enterprise-level negotiations and enforce rigorous qualification criteria to maximize closing rates.
- Sales Operations & Coaching: Standardize the B2B sales cycle, facilitate pipeline reviews, and implement best practices to drive team maturity.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Champion the adoption of AI-driven sales assistants, predictive forecasting tools, and workflow automation to reduce cycle times and boost conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to integrate market feedback into our roadmap and highlight our unique AI healthcare capabilities.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, managing territory mapping and fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 6-15 years of professional experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or healthcare software sales, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated Sales Management or Project Sales Leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale) and deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI) and RCM workflows.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-driven sales enablement/automation tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
