We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing team in Gurugram. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Category teams, and Marketing Operations & Capabilities) and external partners (WPP and non-WPP agencies) to ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects. Responsibilities include capacity planning, project tracking, data reporting, budget monitoring, and agency onboarding. The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi or Gurugram.

Responsibilities• Define StudioX capacity based on OU calendars and project needs.• Track ongoing and upcoming projects to proactively address capacity or workflow issues.• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Create and maintain project trackers and reports, including budget analysis and PO tracking.• Troubleshoot issues within key tools (e.g., MAP).• Oversee the briefing process to ensure efficient workflows.• Onboard new agencies and facilitate the PO process.• Coordinate recurring tasks (e.g., mailers, survey collation).
Qualifications• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or agency setting.• Strong understanding of marketing project lifecycles.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Ability to analyze data and create clear, concise reports.• Experience with agency management a plus.
