Handle procurement of project materials and manufacturing raw materials.
Coordinate closely with engineering, project, and production teams.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
Oversee imports, logistics, and customs clearance.
Drive cost optimization and mitigate supply chain risks.
Ensure statutory compliance and robust documentation.
Lead and mentor procurement teams.

Negotiation skills, EPC & MEP procurement knowledge, manufacturing supply chain expertise, ERP proficiency, cost control, and risk management.
Qualifications:
Engineering/Supply Chain degree (MBA preferred), 20 years experience (10+ in leadership), EPC/MEP/manufacturing procurement expertise, global sourcing exposure.
KPIs: Cost savings %, on-time delivery, vendor performance, inventory turnover, reduced lead time.
