1. Raw Material Procurement
 Procure raw materials including:
o Polymers (PE, PP, etc.)
o Pigments
o Additives
o Packaging materials
o Mechanical parts
o Electrical parts & other
 Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials for production planning.2. Vendor Management & Development
 Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
 Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
 Compare supplier quotations and optimize procurement cost.3. Cost Optimization
 Work on procurement cost reduction strategies.
 Explore opportunities for:
o Bulk purchasing
o Cash discount procurement
o Alternate sourcing
o Better commercial terms
 Monitor market price trends of polymers and related raw materials.4. Inventory Coordination
 Coordinate with Stores and Production teams for inventory planning.
 Avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
 Ensure proper reorder levels and procurement planning.5. Purchase Documentation & MIS
 Prepare and maintain:
o Purchase Orders (POs)
o Vendor records
o Comparative statements
o Procurement MIS reports
 Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery.6. Coordination with Internal Departments
 Coordinate with:o Production
o Stores

o Quality Control
 Resolve procurement and material-related issues effectively.7. Compliance & Quality
