Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (e.g., IATF, ISO, ISO/TS 16949,
or other industry-specific standards).
Oversee the execution of audits (internal and external) to verify the effectiveness of the
quality system.
Develop and manage the inspection process for raw materials, in-process goods, and
final products to ensure that gear specifications are met.
Collaborate with engineering teams to set up product specifications, review designs, and
develop testing protocols for gears.
Investigate customer complaints related to quality and initiate corrective actions to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Additional certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt, IATF, ISO) are highly preferred.
Experience - Minimum of 20 years of experience in quality management, with at least 7
years in a leadership role preferably in Machining of Auto Components. Candidate having 4 to 5
years of experience in iron casting industry will be preferred.
