Position: QAD Consultant / QAD Functional Analyst
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 4-8 years (can adjust as needed)
Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MCA / Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities
✅ Support and maintenance of QAD ERP applications across modules (Manufacturing, Distribution, Financials, etc.) ...
✅ Work with business users to analyze, design, and implement solutions in QAD
✅ Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations
✅ Configure QAD modules as per business requirements
✅ Provide end-user training and prepare related documentation
✅ Participate in QAD upgrade / implementation / migration projects
✅ Liaise between business users and technical teams
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of QAD ERP system (Enterprise Edition preferred)
Functional expertise in one or more modules: Manufacturing, Distribution, SCM, Financials
Understanding of business processes in manufacturing / automotive / FMCG industries
Good exposure to QAD reporting tools and EDI
Knowledge of Progress 4GL / SQL (optional but preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to travel if required for project deployment
