Responsibilities:<br />Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.<br />Draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.<br />Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and contractor agreements.<br />Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.<br />Apply digital tools, process, Excel, and AI systems to improve QS processes.<br />Requirements:<br />7+ years’ QS experience, ideally within luxury residential projects.<br />Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, tendering, procurement, and budget<br />management. Middle East experience is an advantage.<br /> Excellent Excel and data management skills.<br /> Confident communicator and negotiator.<br /> Excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to think through problems<br />clearly<h3>experience</h3>12
