Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a must. A Master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
Proven track record of Leadership in R&D, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong technical experƟse in CAD-Tools, MS-Office, Jira, and Confluence, with a deep understanding of research methodologies and product development processes.
Knowledge in use of PDM and PLM structures are welcome.
