Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical care and support within the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Pediatrics departments.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and formulate effective treatment plans in alignment with departmental protocols.
- Monitor patient progress, documenting all clinical interactions with precision and maintaining high standards of medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with senior consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.
- Manage medical emergencies and provide timely interventions in accordance with established clinical governance.
- Participate in departmental clinical audits and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to institutional safety, hygiene, and ethical medical practices at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and interns within the clinical setting.
- Degree: Medical-MS/MD.
- Specialization: Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: MD Gynecology, DNB Gynecology, DGO, DCH, MD Pediatric, or DNB Pediatric.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and ability to manage complex cases within the specified disciplines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to patient care.
