Role-BBU Relationship Manager 1. Qualification: Graduate / Post- Graduate in any discipline2. Role purpose: Acquire new customers in MSME segment for sourcing loans from Rs. 5 Crores to Rs 25 Crores and manage customer relationships across mapped branches/ geography. 3. Work experience required:03+ years of relevant experience from Banks. 4. Job Responsibilities: • To identify and meet potential MSME customers to generate new business opportunities• To generate leads and acquire new to bank MSME customers, as per the set targets• To achieve of business targets in terms of the incremental growth in the portfolio, number of customers and the quantum of disbursals.• To collect required customer information, including KYC documents and perform necessary checks/due diligence.• To analyze and verify the completeness of the documents, financial and bank statements.• To co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for obtaining sanction and ensure timely loan disbursal.• To co-ordinate with external stakeholders like panel advocates, valuation engineers for collecting required details prior to loan processing.• Co-ordinating to create and execute necessary documents, MOD, filing ROC, CERSAI, etc.• Ensuring the creation of limits in core banking and the disbursal of sanctioned limits within timelines.• Periodic customer and unit visit has to be carried out.• Maintain cordial relationship with the Branch for leads and servicing of the clients.
