As a Trainer in Industrial Robotics and Cobots, and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) you will be
responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on industrial

robotics, including traditional industrial robots and the emerging field of collaborative robotics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:
* Develop and update training modules and curricula for Industrial Robotics and Collaborative
Robotics.
* Create practical exercises, real-world projects, and simulations to facilitate effective learning.
2. Training Delivery:
* Conduct interactive training sessions covering various aspects of industrial and collaborative
robotics, including robot programming, operation, and maintenance.
* Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and standards.
3. Practical Instruction:
* Provide hands-on training in setting up, programming, and operating industrial robots, as well
as collaborative robots.
* Implement and train on Integrating Robot applications such as with CNC, WELDING &
METROLOGY
* Knowledge of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) and its applications is an added advantage.
* Demonstrate advanced programming techniques and real-world applications.
4. Assessment and Evaluation:
* Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and support their skill development.
5. Resource Management:
* Interface with the workshop team and ensure robotic equipment, controllers, and simulation
tools are in operating condition.
* Ensure the availability of necessary training materials and resources.
6. Safety and Compliance:
* Emphasize and enforce safety practices in robotics and automation.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe training environment.
7. Industry Engagement:
* Stay updated with the latest advancements and innovations in industrial and collaborative
robotics.
* Collaborate with industry experts and professionals for insights and knowledge sharing.8. Student Guidance:
* Offer mentorship and guidance to students, including career advice and job placement support.
9. Documentation:
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
* Prepare reports on training outcomes and student achievements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* B. Tech / B. E: Bachelor's engineering degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, or
* M. Tech/M. E: Master's engineering degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in
Electrical/Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communications, Instrumentation,
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and technology
* At least 4-5 years of experience in teaching/training
* Proficiency in CNC robot and Cobot programming Strong teaching and presentation skills
to effectively convey complex robotics concepts and hands-on skills to students.
* Training Certification in Industrial Robotics and Cobots programming from technology
providers are an added advantage.
* Commitment to safety protocols and practices when working with industrial and
collaborative robot.
* Exposure and awareness of industry best practices, such as the 8D methodology, PDCA, and
data analysis, are highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Computer-Aided
Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for robot
programming and simulation.
* Understanding industry-specific robotics applications and requirements, including
manufacturing, automation, and emerging trends in the industry.
* Willingness to stay updated with advancements in robotics technology, software, and
industry best practice.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues and students, fostering a productive learning
environment.
