Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety Compliance & Audits: Ensure Safety norms compliance in Project as well as compliance of all legal requirements.
2. Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments and maintain all safety documentation and reports.
3. Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction training and job specific training for site personnel and ensure daily toolbox talks meeting by site team.
4. Incident Investigation & Risk Management: Investigate workplace accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
5. Conduct risk assessments with the site team as per the work methodology and suggest mitigation measures.
6. Emergency Preparedness & Response: Develop emergency response plans and conduct mock drills. Ensure all emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits,
etc.) is in working condition.
7. Contractor & Vendor Safety Management: Ensure all contractors comply with company CSM standard. Conduct pre-work safety briefings and monitor contractor
activities through CSM standard.
8. Safety Observation & Reporting: Promote a culture of safety observation and Near Miss Incident reporting among employees.
9. Analyse safety data and develop improvement strategies.
10. Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead safety programs and drive a committed to ZERO culture.
Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
