Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local and national safety regulations and internal corporate standards.
- Lead safety briefings, training sessions, and toolbox meetings for employees and contractors to foster a culture of safety awareness.
- Oversee the investigation of any workplace incidents or near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to safety audits, permits, and inspections.
- Collaborate with management to integrate safety protocols into daily operational workflows.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) across the facility.
