Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the backend operations of the reward program, ensuring smooth execution and fulfillment of customer rewards.
- Develop and implement customer retention campaigns using various channels and strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Design and execute sales campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis to gather insights and trends that support regional and business team strategies.
- Generate comprehensive MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the business team.
- Utilize loyalty analytics tools and Excel expertise to analyze customer data and behavior patterns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and programs.
