Create database of projects, consultants, EPCs awarded, timelines, etc.
Devise client meeting plan based on list of projects provided.
Visit clients & consultants to discuss regarding upcoming projects. ...
Appraise clients about product portfolio using presentations and other collateral.
Update database of projects based on meetings with clients.
Report to managers to update on clients visited, project status and devise further planning.
Review enquiries received and brief managers on the same.
Submit proposals to clients as per the enquiry.
Follow up enquiries and submit report of offers submitted and their status.
Attend techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with the clients and close orders.
Branding and Promotions:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
Assist in preparation of quarterly newsletters and send them to clients.
Attend promotional events organization participates in.
Projects:
Handover order details during kick-off meeting and liaise with the project team and clients in
case of any concerns during execution. Qualifications (Basic, Professional & any other desired qualification):
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering (preferred) / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience (No. of years, Industry & Areas in which person would have worked):
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in relevant area of work.

- Marketing skills.
- Negotiations skills.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
