The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and track industry trends.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with branding and product positioning.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and after-sales support.
