Position description / Job description- Identify potential market segments for transformer and white oils, engaging with prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Conduct market visits to showcase products and understand customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary single point of contact (PSPC) for customers, providing dedicated service and support throughout the sales process.
- Manage end-to-end marketing and commercial activities, from order generation to execution and payment realization.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any financial transaction issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely product delivery.
- Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries, providing timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and inform the team and management to protect business and customer base.
- Scout for new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or an equivalent degree.
- You have 4-6 years of proven experience in transformer oil marketing.
- You possess excellent customer relationship management skills, specifically with transformer oil customers.
- You are proficient in managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring financial discipline.
- You can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- You have a sound technical knowledge of technical processes in electrical and transformer industries.
- You possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
