Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to the company's growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bangalore real estate market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), track team performance, and prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance departments to align sales initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and practices are in full compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve collective success.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
