industries such as mining, wastewater treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and
chemicals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of filtration,
centrifugation, and dewatering equipment and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify and target new business opportunities in industries that require solid-liquid
separation solutions.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on long-term customer
partnerships.
Work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to tailor solutions to
customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, EPC
contractors, and OEMs.
Provide technical consultations to customers, understanding their processes and
recommending the right separation equipment.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to enhance
customer engagement.
Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support, collaborating with service
teams when necessary.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Provide guidance on technical sales approaches and consultative selling techniques. Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare and present sales reports, revenue projections, and business plans to senior
management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and industry
outreach strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety
standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a
related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in solid-liquid separation
equipment (e.g., filter presses, decanter centrifuges, clarifiers, thickeners,
hydrocyclones).
Strong understanding of B2B sales in industries such as mining, wastewater
treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent technical knowledge of separation processes and equipment
applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft OƯice Suite.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, industry events, and trade shows.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with custom-engineered process equipment and capital sales.
Understanding of filtration technologies, dewatering methods, and process
optimization.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and industrial process requirements.
