Sales Reporting & Analysis :
* Prepare and update monthly sales dashboards for performance tracking and reviews
* Conduct customer-wise sales analysis and provide insights for focused business follow-up
* Maintain data accuracy and support forecasting with timely inputs.
Customer Service & Documentation Management :
* Register and track customer complaints using CRM tools and ensure closure through systematic follow-ups
* Complete and process forms such as Drawing Requests, Sample Requests, and Technical Product Information (TPI)
* Manage customer documentation for approvals, specifications, and technical clarifications
* Handle New Customer Code creation in coordination with Finance and Commercial teams
Order & Commercial Processing :
* Coordinate with the SCM team to monitor and follow up on the Order Schedule
* Issue quotations, prepare proforma invoices, and assist in freezing commercial terms with customers
* Ensure end-to-end handling of sample requests, dispatch, and follow-up for customer feedback and approvals
* Assist in credit checks and payment follow-ups to maintain financial hygiene
Cross-Functional Coordination :
* Liaise with departments including SCM, Quality Assurance, Technical, Sales & Distribution, and Production to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
* Support internal stakeholders in troubleshooting queries and maintaining updated knowledge of internal processes.
Customer Engagement & Business Support :
* Respond to client inquiries and coordinate the exchange of samples, counter-samples, specifications, and technical

* Visit customer premises, as and when required, for business discussions, feedback collection, and relationship strengthening
* Participate actively in sales training programs, internal reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings to provide better support.
Education Qualification : Master’s in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management/ B.Pharm
Experience : 4-8 years of experience preferably from Pharma Packaging / Pharma Industry.
