Drive business growth and execute projects for Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) systems across India and South East Asia. Lead end-to-end responsibility from business development and client acquisition to order execution, supplier coordination, and project delivery. Strengthen regional market presence while ensuring technical and commercial success. on-site position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and EPC sectors.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Lead sales efforts for CPP components and Controllable Pitch Propellers, ensuring targets are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
- Minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven expertise in CPP component sales and Controllable Pitch Propeller sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the engineering sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and sales management tools.
