Expectations / RequirementsWe're looking for you, if:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.* 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FCL, LCL, and air freight services industry.* Deep understanding of global trade, shipping regulations, and Incoterms.* Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.* Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer data effectively.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer information and relationships.* Experience in developing and managing budgets is a plus.
