Randstad is seeking a proactive and professional Sales Supervisor to join our client in the Brewery/Distillery industry in Kolkata. This contract position requires a motivated individual with experience in managing teams and client relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.
  • Collect and analyze reports from the team to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee sales activities and ensure effective execution of strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure brand representation and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on team management.
  • H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification required.
  • Proven ability in team managing, collecting reports from a team, and managing clients.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
