- Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the MD.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking deliverables.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MD.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Event planning or project management experience.
