WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead mechanical design and engineering for modular process skids and static equipment - pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and filters.
* Study and interpret customer specifications and data sheets; perform mechanical design calculations manually and using design software, in accordance with applicable codes.
...
* Prepare and issue P&IDs, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), TDCs, and equipment datasheets.
* Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD tools.
* Manage technical communication with customers for document approvals and resolution of engineering queries.
* Coordinate closely with SCM, Production, QC, and E&I teams to ensure design intent is correctly translated into fabricated output.
* Maintain accurate, version-controlled design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to standardisation of design templates, calculation sheets, and drawing formats for improved efficiency and repeatability.
