Position: Senior Manager – Human Resources About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic HR leader who brings a balance of strategic foresight and execution excellence. This role is ideal for a people-first leader with strong business acumen, proven ability to manage scale, and the vision to shape high-performing teams and inclusive workplace culture. The role involves overseeing HR for a large, complex site and partnering with senior leadership to drive business-aligned HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR agenda for the site, managing generalist responsibilities, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Develop and execute scalable HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive a cohesive employee lifecycle experience—hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and exit.
- Act as the HR interface for site leadership, ensuring smooth integration of people initiatives with business needs.
- Champion and implement employee engagement initiatives and drive feedback/action planning through engagement surveys.
- Partner with business leaders to drive a strong, transparent, and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for seamless delivery of compensation, benefits, learning, and talent programs.
- Foster proactive employee communication channels and build trust-based relationships.
- Lead HR change management initiatives as the organization scales and evolves.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to HR team members and leaders, nurturing talent and capability.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and practices, while maintaining a consistent employee experience.
- Lead a team of HR professionals and support their growth and functional excellence.
Required Experience and Profile:
- 12–16 years of progressive HRBP/generalist experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in managing large-scale operations or business units in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in building strong stakeholder relationships across cross-functional and global teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Comfortable navigating matrix structures and influencing at senior leadership levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills..
