Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design
* Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings)* Experience with weldments, sheet metal, and mechanical assemblies
* Understanding of tolerance stack-up and GD&T
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, welding)
* Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience in robotics, automation, or special-purpose machines (SPM)
* SolidWorks Simulation / Motion Study / FEA
* Exposure to PDM/PLM systems
* Knowledge of ISO / ASME drawing standards
* Experience working with global engineering teams
