Role Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling direct customers and clients, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, conducting site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while promoting the company's brand and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Handle direct customers and clients, ensuring effective engagement and relationship building.
Strategy Execution: Understand and implement sales and marketing plans as directed by superiors.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to advise customers on best construction practices and demonstrate brand advantages compared to competitors.
Customer Support: Support the Sales & Marketing team in addressing consumer queries and complaints.
Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential customers regularly until conversion or closure.
Testimonials: Capture customer testimonials and best practices to motivate other customers and team members.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, customer handling, or marketing support.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry practices (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct site visits and provide technical advice to customers.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
