Job Description: Intelligent Automation (IA) Product Delivery Analyst or IA, Agile Delivery Analyst
The IA Delivery Analyst is a central, highly impactful role responsible for ensuring that automated solutions are defined, developed, and delivered effectively. This role serves as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the development team.
The incumbent will perform the functions of a Business Analyst (defining the "what" and "why"), a Scrum Master/Project Coordinator (managing the "when"), and a Technical Solution Analyst (ensuring the solution is viable and assisting with technical support/governance).
This role requires the application of LEAN and Agile methodologies to drive process improvements and support the strategic objectives of the organization.

Defining, analyzing, and crafting requirements with users. Leading process mapping and design to ensure solutions meet the business objective. Assisting in identifying high-value automation opportunities.

Acting as the Scrum Master/Coach to lead the team in establishing project timelines and removing developer barriers. Optimizing ongoing processes, reducing waste, and managing the project intake process.
3. Technical Support & Governance

Supporting the implementation and enforcement of IA Governance standards and controls. Assisting developers to build the right solution and performing initial technical feasibility reviews.
4. Program Support & Training
10%
Supporting the IA Champion Program and the Global IA relationship. Delivering or organizing training and knowledge sharing for the builders.
Required & Desired Education and Experience
Required Skills & Experience
1 – 3 years of professional services experience, preferably in automation and/or analysis.
Experience with IA capabilities and RPA software tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) to understand technical constraints.
Proficient at defining, analyzing, and crafting requirements with users.
Experience utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies.
Desired Skills & Experience
An IT or Business Bachelor’s degree.
Yellow Belt LEAN / SCRUM / Six Sigma certification
Experience with Project Management and/or testing.
Knowledge of SQL, Scripting, or low-code/no-code web application platforms (e.g., AppSheet, OutSystems).
