 Read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and technical
specifications.
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal
project teams.
 Plan daily manpower, material requirements, tools, and equipment for site execution.
 Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
 Ensure proper installation, alignment, supports, testing, and commissioning of HVAC
systems.
 Conduct and coordinate pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, balancing, testing, and
commissioning activities.
 Check material receipt, quantity, quality, and compliance with approved specifications.
 Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, material statements, and site
documentation.
 Coordinate with the design and engineering team for technical clarifications and drawing-
related issues.
 Identify site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with the
project team.
 Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable
specifications.
 Monitor subcontractor and manpower performance and ensure productivity at site.
 Assist in preparation and verification of BOQ, quantity measurements, billing
measurements, and work completion records.
 Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections, approvals, testing, and handover.

 Ensure proper documentation of testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final
handover.
Preferred Technical Experience
Candidates having experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
 Chiller installation and commissioning
 AHU and ventilation systems
 HVAC ducting
 Chilled water piping
 Pumps and related equipment
 HVAC insulation
 Industrial HVAC systems
 Clean Room / controlled-environment HVAC
 Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB)
 HVAC project execution and commissioning
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Required Skills
 Strong knowledge of HVAC site execution and installation practices.
 Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
 Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 Ability to work independently at project sites.
 Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation.
