Position: Site Technician – Solar
Location: Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Sites)
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems at client sites.
Conduct routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.
Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting faults to ensure optimal functioning.
Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation of work completed.
Ensure proper safety protocols while working at site locations.
Assist senior technicians in handling tools, materials, and site coordination work.
Support in conducting site surveys and basic electrical measurements as required.
Requirements:
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related trade.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar PV components.
Willingness to travel and work on different site locations within UP.
Ability to work at heights and under field conditions.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Additional Details:
Candidates from nearby locations within UP will be preferred.
Safety shoes and PPE will be provided as per site requirements.
Training will be provided for freshers on handling solar system maintenance and troubleshooting.
