Looking for someone with a basic understanding of certain concepts that are primarily mentioned in Spanish - for example: prorrata de pagas extras - which is Christmas and/or summer bonus payment
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Spanish Labour Law, policies, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a third-party payroll agency. You'll be working closely with the external payroll service provider based in Spain to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Language Skills:
Spanish reading capability is mandatory; spoken fluency is desirable but not required for experienced Spanish payroll professionals.
