specialist - fixed assets

1. Responsibilities
 Should have experience in Capex budget creation, Top-up, amendments, etc.
 Analysis on Budget v/s actual to ensure there are no projects overspent
 Effective follow up with the project managers on project details, completion status, reason for delay etc.
 To perform the Fixed Assets capitalization
 To perform the Fixed Assets Reconciliation
 To perform Physical verification & impairment
 Make sure SLAs and KPIs are met
 Month end activities are completed without issues
 To prepare a tracker for open items
 Make sure to work on Audit observation and clear them on time
 To Perform Fixed Asset disposals
 To Track budget Over-run
 To perform Month end activities on time with accuracy
 Perform Follow-ups on Aged AUC and make sure cleared on time SKILLS
 Understanding of financial concepts and transactions
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively.
 Ability to troubleshoot problems for others.
 Ability to coordinate the development of report documentation.
