- Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to gather requirements and assists in translating them into design specifications for small and straight-forward projects, seeking guidance from more senior team members
- Participates in the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software, following established business strategies and specifications
- Undertakes coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting tasks in projects with limited complexity, under the guidance and supervision of senior team members
- Implements non-complex straight-forward code following best practices and coding guidelines, seeking feedback and guidance as needed
- Fulfills proper documentation of software design and work with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards
- Executes the defined development roadmap
- Stays up to date with technology developments and participates in discussions on how these may improve upon the current architecture and development efficiency
