About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and delivery-focused professional with experience in closing CXO and senior leadership mandates. The ideal candidate must come from an executive search or leadership hiring firm, with hands-on experience in managing candidate pipelines, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end closure support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mandate Delivery & Closure
• Drive end-to-end delivery for CXO and senior leadership mandates.
Build candidate pipelines, manage shortlisting, and ensure timely mandate closure.
2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination
• Work closely with senior consultants, engagement managers, and clients to understand role requirements.
Provide progress updates, market scan data, and candidate insights.
3. Candidate Identification & Assessment
Conduct preliminary leadership assessments and competency-based screenings.
Present shortlisted candidates with evaluation notes and fitment recommendations.
Guide candidates through interview processes, compensation discussions, and offer finalization.
