HR Operations :
▪ Ensure all HR Operation activities are executed in a timely manner with accuracy
▪ Own the HRMS and ensure real time update of all employee records
▪ Address all employee queries within the stipulated time
▪ Responsible for creating an engaged workforce through executing activities as per the employee
engagement calendar
▪ Ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner with accuracy
▪ Ensure all compliance and statutory reports are completed in a timely manner
Talent Management :
▪ Ensure that all local HR policies comply with relevant legislation and are well-implemented within
the organization and in alignment to global Euronext processes
▪ Assist in employee year-end people processes - performance management, compensation review,
mid-year review etc
▪ Partner with local HRD towards creating a culture of continuous learning and upskilling
▪ Partner and contribute towards other HR projects at a broader aspect
HR Analytics :
▪ Maintain employee master data on a real time basis
▪ Publish monthly MIS, metrics and dashboard
▪ Responsible for working on HR data, analysis, metrics and insights as and when required
