Essential Job Functions
- Provide support for all database environments and guide team members in system installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation. Develop and modify operational scripts to meet enterprise needs, providing technical support for applications, systems, and operations. Manage and ensure compliance with PCI, FDIC, SOX, GLBA, and internal audits, implementing best practices for ongoing audit processes
- Leads feasibility studies for new software installations, recommending tools and environments to enhance service, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Drives metrics to ensure optimal hardware resource allocation for peak database performance
- Evaluates software products, including planning, installation, testing, and providing technical support. Reviews changes to minimize risks and manages the Change Control process for databases.
Work Timings: 11am to 8pm IST or 1pm to 10pm IST
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
6+ years SQL Server Database environment, UNIX/LINUX Operating Systems, Postgresql, Kafka Streaming, Couchbase.
Preferred Experience:
8+ years with experience with relevant database management systems. Examples include (but are not limited to): Postgresql / Yellowbrick, Couchbase, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, SQL Server, MongoDB, Kafka Streaming.

- Strong experience working with and maintaining backup and recovery strategies.
