Prepare complete design output for manufacturing (BOM and assembly & part drawings)
• Prepare complete design output for customer approval / information / reference (GA drawing,
F&M scheme, instruments list, data sheets, operation manual etc.)
• Provide technical support to sales in pre-order stage (GA drawing, F&M scheme, instruments list,
data sheets, etc)
• Provide technical support to customer, vendor, machine shop, planning, assembly, test field and
quality departments
• Perform calculations and prepare complete technical specification for bought out items (heat
exchanger, pneumatic/ electrical actuator, flexible connecting couplings, etc.)
• Technical evaluation & approval decision for bought out items
• Perform 3D part modelling, assembly modelling and detailing of various components using
Siemens UG NX as per company standards
• Maintain complete documentation of each order including data backup
• Maintain design documents and customer’s documents
• Initial quality checking of Cad drawings created by other colleagues
• Support execution of engineering services orders from CCEs/ other MCs of VTCR
