● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
● 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management experience - preferably in Insurance /Fintech /BFSI industry.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment
● We look for go-getters who have worked as Business development professionals in Insurance /Fintech /BFSI industry
● Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
